This is such a great opportunity for children, teenagers and young adults to get involved in the theatrical experience of being on stage!! Both theatre summer camps brings an incredible mixture of team-building, enthusiasm, encouragement, making friends, and confidence-boosting fun!! All of our staff have obtained clearances and ensures that the performers feel safe, and supported. Our performers will go through a series of weeks of training on their acting, singing and dancing skills with our professional musical theatre teachers, that will result in a Broadway-style production for all to see. These camps are geared towards those with or without previous theatrical experience. Director/Choreographer performed on Broadway and in Films - the real deal!!!

Disney’s High School Musical JR centers on the blossoming relationship between Troy, a high school jock, and Gabriella, the new smart girl at school. They meet on a family vacation and become attracted to each other while singing in a karaoke competition. Rediscovering each other at school, their relationship and their surprise decision to audition together for the school show are thwarted by the school’s current leading lady, Sharpay, and Troy and Gabriella’s well-meaning friends. Finally, Gabriella and Troy find a way to be themselves and are rewarded with the lead roles in the school show. Actors can prepare by being familiar with the characters from High School Musical Jr. The director will request each actor to sing a song of their choosing, do a little movement and read sections of the scripts. During auditions actors need to be willing to follow directions given by the director and music director. Ask questions if needed, and have lots of fun!!
